ShortKeys monitors the keyboard activity on a global nature and anytime a user defined keystroke combination is typed in, it will be replaced with the replacement text.
Very usefull program - especially in chat rooms or IM conversation. Lets say you always are telling people a website to goto for help w/something - lets say
http://www.help.com - , just add the key combo you want to use - lets say w1 - and everytime you press w1,
http://www.help.com will come up, instead of having to type out the website everytime. Can be used for any text you want to add in - not just websites.
